The November issue of Meteorite Hunting & Collecting Magazine has shipped! The November issue has shipped just in time for the Tucson Show. September issue will follow shortly, and January right after.
Dear Subscribers, Supporters, and Fellow Meteorite Enthusiasts,
I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting your magazines out on time. We had a hiccup, as is common with any new venture. The success of the magazine, and it’s popularity skyrocketed onto the scene, and it’s been very hectic these last few months getting everything back on track on back on schedule. We knew it would be good and well received but it took off very fast surprising us all.
The full color and high quality of MHC magazine is unprecedented in the meteorite world, and offers everyone from beginner to advanced veteran hunters and meteorite enthusiasts insight into the wonderful world of meteorites, meteorite hunting, and meteorite collecting. Our readership appeals to a vast audience and we reach (through our network of meteorite related sites) over 106,000 people annually. No other meteorite related publication can make that claim, or comes close to our reach and area of interest.
I’d like to thank you all for all the positive encouragement and support for the magazine and my vision for this publication. Without you guys this magazine would not be possible, and we wouldn’t be able to share our passion for this great science and hobby with the world. So many new people have been introduced to meteorites.
I started MHC to advance the science of meteoritics by increasing public knowledge of meteorites. Through the active and sometimes extremely aggressive promoting of meteorite hunting and collecting to the world through a network of websites, projects, social media platforms, and a growing community of meteorite enthusiasts which increases awareness and expands the reach of the meteorite world.
There is no other science on the face of the planet which is related to so many other sciences. Truly, meteorites are at the center of our world, and are keys to unlocking the secrets of the universe.
Just like the Earth grows a little with each new meteorite fall, so too does the meteorite community grow with every new meteorite enthusiast that is introduced to this world of wonder. The world is getting to know meteorites and that’s what this is about. Knowledge!
Meteorite Hunting & Collecting Magazine is a small part of my vision, and the beginning of something much larger.
